TALL Engineers specialises in the resolution of foundations to buildings which fall within the 100 year zone of reduced capacity, within the zone of erosion, water front properties in deep loose san/silt or in zones with cliff slope stability. This combines the issues of unstable sands, a corrosive salt laden marine environment and the effects of wave loading on substructure. Design is affected by the council DCP and hence adjusts from council to council.
